Our Process
What we look for
You can come from any degree discipline, but you will have attained, or be predicted to attain, at least a 2:2 degree. We are most interested in your passion and motivation for a career in technology, and in your analytical and logical approach.
Soft skills are just as important as technical skills and so you will have a rounded skill set. You will have the ability to think both creatively and strategically. It’s also essential that you only apply for a graduate opportunity if you have the have the right to live and work full-time in the country without sponsorship from IAG Tech.
The Process
The application open and closing dates are shown below.
- Application completion deadline
Our graduate programme will close for applications at the end of January 2022. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high application volumes we receive year-on-year, we may close our IAG Tech Graduate Programme earlier than the planned closing date. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you submit your application as early as possible. - Video interview
If you are successful in our first round of screening, we will ask you to complete a short video interview. We love to hear from our candidates, so you will be asked three questions, which will help us better understand your fit for our graduate programme. - Invitation to assessment
If your video interview is successful, we’ll invite you to one of our Assessment Centres. You should expect to receive this in February 2022. - Offer
We expect to start making offers in February and March 2022.
